If you're looking at EveryoneSocial pricing and wondering whether an employee advocacy tool built for enterprise programs fits a team of twenty, this page puts the two side by side. EveryoneSocial is an established employee advocacy platform for large companies. Postfox is employee advocacy software for small business teams that sell on LinkedIn: each person posts about their own work, and you can see the price before you talk to anyone.

To put Postfox's public price in numbers: a team of 15 on the monthly plan pays $190 for the first 10 people plus $19 for each of the other 5, so $285 a month. On the yearly plan, the same team pays $1,800 plus $180 for each of the other 5, so $2,700 a year. Everyone who accepted their invitation counts, admins included.
When EveryoneSocial is the better choice
EveryoneSocial is designed for programs that span departments, regions and networks. It's likely the better fit if:
- You're rolling out to hundreds or thousands of employees.
- You want people sharing on X, Threads or Facebook, not just LinkedIn.
- Your teams live in Microsoft Teams, Outlook or SharePoint.
- You want implementation help and a dedicated customer success manager.
- You work in a regulated industry and need compliance tooling around every post.
For programs like these, a quote and a dedicated customer success manager are part of what you're buying.
When Postfox is the better choice
If you want an affordable employee advocacy tool with a price you can read on the website, Postfox is likely the better fit if:
- You're a team of 10 to 100 people, and LinkedIn is where your buyers are.
- You want to see the price and start this week, without a demo.
- You want each person's post to be different and about their own work, not the same caption on every profile.
- You want people to approve in one click in Slack, or from an email, with nothing going out without them.
- You don't have time to keep a content library stocked.
If you're starting a program from scratch, our guide on how to get employees to post on LinkedIn covers the first steps, and these employee-generated content examples show what the posts can look like.
How Postfox works
- Write one brief: the theme, what you want to say, any documents (PDF, text or Markdown), and an optional call to action and link.
- Postfox writes a different draft for each person, in their voice, from what they told it about their own work.
- Each person approves, edits or declines their own post, starting from Slack or an email.
- Approved posts go out on their own profile through the official LinkedIn API, at one of their posting times or a time they pick.
There's no browser extension and no LinkedIn password to share. Each person connects their own LinkedIn account, and Postfox only asks LinkedIn for permission to sign them in and to publish the posts they approve, so it can't read their feed, messages or connections. Admins see a post only after its author approves it, and never who said no.
What Postfox doesn't do yet
An honest list, so you can rule it out quickly if it doesn't fit:
- LinkedIn only.
- No Microsoft Teams yet: approvals work in Slack or by email.
- Reach and engagement analytics per post are in development.
- No pre-publication compliance review or archiving, so it isn't a fit yet if your posts need a registered principal's approval (FINRA Rule 2210).
