AI LinkedIn posts for your team, in each person's own words

    Short answer

Postfox drafts a LinkedIn post for each person on your team, starting from what they told it about their own work, and writes it in their voice. Each person reads their draft, then approves it, edits it or declines it. Nothing goes out on anyone's profile without their approval.

Why so many AI posts sound the same

Most AI LinkedIn posts start from a topic and nothing else. With nothing real to work from, the model fills the gap: a dramatic first line, a lesson nobody learned, a list of three, a question at the end. Readers have a name for it, AI slop, and they scroll past it.

A better prompt doesn't fix that. Better material does: what actually happened in someone's week, in their words. That's where Postfox starts.

How Postfox writes a post for each person

    • Each person tells Postfox about their own work: what they do, the customers they talk to, a project they shipped, a question they keep hearing.
    • An admin writes one brief for the campaign: the theme, what the company wants to say, any documents, and an optional link.
    • Postfox writes a different draft for each person, from their own material and the brief, in their voice. Two people on the same campaign get two different posts.
    • Before a draft reaches its author, Postfox checks it against what they and the company provided, and points out anything it couldn't find there, so they can fix it or take it out.

    Each person stays in control

Drafts reach people in Slack or by email. Each person approves their post, edits it in Postfox, or declines it. Declining is a normal answer: admins see a post only after its author approves it, and never who said no.

If a draft isn't right, they can ask for another version, or rework it with an instruction of their own, like "shorter" or "start with the customer story". Regenerate or rework any post with AI as often as you need. Fair-use limits apply.

Approved posts go out from their own LinkedIn account through the official LinkedIn API, at one of their posting times or a time they pick.

    What we won't promise

    • Reach. Nobody can promise how many people LinkedIn will show a post to, and we don't.
    • That AI wasn't involved. AI writes the first draft, and we don't try to hide it. What makes a post worth reading is that it's about something real, and that its author agrees with every word.
    • A post a day. One or two good posts a month per person go further than a quota nobody keeps.

    What it costs

Postfox's price is public: $190 a month for 10 people, then $19 per extra person, or $1,800 a year for 10 people, then $180 per extra person. Your first campaign is free for up to 10 people. Regenerate or rework any post with AI as often as you need. Fair-use limits apply.

    FAQ

    Will LinkedIn penalize AI-written posts?

Here is what LinkedIn itself says. Its Help Center says AI-assisted content is welcome when it reflects a real person's perspective, experience or expertise, and that "LinkedIn's focus is not on how content is created, but whether it adds value." The same page says content that feels generic, repetitive or lacks a clear point of view is less likely to be widely distributed, and LinkedIn says it limits the reach of low-effort AI content it calls AI slop. It also recommends letting readers know when you've relied heavily on AI, unless that's obvious from the context. Sources: LinkedIn Help and LinkedIn's newsroom, as of October 6, 2026.

Can each person edit their post?

Yes. Every draft can be edited before it's approved, or declined. Editing opens the post in Postfox, from Slack or the email, and nothing goes out until its author approves it.

    Does it sound like them?

It's written from what they told Postfox, in their voice, and they change anything that doesn't sound like them before approving. Over time, the edits and declines people make teach Postfox how they write. If a draft still isn't right, they can ask for another version.

Does anything go out without the person's approval?

No. A post goes out only after its author approves it, and only from their own LinkedIn account.
