If you're looking at Sociabble and wondering whether a platform built for global enterprises fits a team of twenty, this page puts the two side by side. Sociabble brings internal communications, an intranet, engagement and advocacy together, with AI writing help and apps for every channel. Postfox does one thing: it helps a small team post on LinkedIn about their own work, with a price you can read before you talk to anyone.

To put Postfox's public price in numbers: a team of 15 on the monthly plan pays $190 for the first 10 people plus $19 for each of the other 5, so $285 a month. On the yearly plan, the same team pays $1,800 plus $180 for each of the other 5, so $2,700 a year. Everyone who accepted their invitation counts, admins included.
When Sociabble is the better choice
Sociabble is designed for large organizations that want one platform for every employee. It's likely the better fit if:
- You want internal communications, an intranet, engagement and advocacy in one platform.
- Your workforce spans countries, languages and frontline roles.
- Your teams live in Microsoft Teams.
- You want people sharing on networks beyond LinkedIn.
- You need governance controls for a regulated industry: Sociabble says it meets the ACPR's requirements for financial services.
For programs like these, a custom quote and a customer success team are part of what you're buying.
When Postfox is the better choice
If you're a small team that sells on LinkedIn, Postfox is likely the better fit if:
- You're a team of 5 to 100 people, and LinkedIn is where your buyers are.
- You want to see the price on the website and start this week, without requesting a quote.
- You want each person's post written from what they told Postfox about their own work.
- You want people to approve in one click in Slack, or from an email, with nothing going out without them.
- You don't need an internal communications platform to get people posting.

How Postfox works
- Write one brief: the theme, what you want to say, any documents (PDF, text or Markdown), and an optional call to action and link.
- Postfox writes a different draft for each person, in their voice, from what they told it about their own work.
- Each person approves, edits or declines their own post, starting from Slack or an email.
- Approved posts go out on their own profile through the official LinkedIn API, at one of their posting times or a time they pick.
There's no browser extension and no LinkedIn password to share. Each person connects their own LinkedIn account, and Postfox only asks LinkedIn for permission to sign them in and to publish the posts they approve, so it can't read their feed, messages or connections. Admins see a post only after its author approves it, and never who said no.
What Postfox doesn't do yet
An honest list, so you can rule it out quickly if it doesn't fit:
- LinkedIn only.
- No Microsoft Teams yet: approvals work in Slack or by email.
- Reach and engagement analytics per post are in development.
- No pre-publication compliance review or archiving, so it isn't a fit yet if your posts need a registered principal's approval (FINRA Rule 2210).
FAQ
How much does Sociabble cost?
Sociabble doesn't publish prices, and it has no pricing page. Its homepage FAQ says pricing is based on company size, number of users and the modules you need, with a custom quote (as of October 6, 2026). Postfox's price is public: $190 a month for 10 people, then $19 per extra person, or $1,800 a year for 10 people, then $180 per extra person.
Is there a cheaper Sociabble alternative for small teams?
Postfox is built for small teams on LinkedIn, with a public price: $190 a month for 10 people, then $19 per extra person, or $1,800 a year for 10 people, then $180 per extra person. The first campaign is free for up to 10 people, with no credit card.
Does Postfox replace an internal communications tool?
No. Postfox only helps your team post on LinkedIn. If you need internal communications or an intranet, Sociabble covers that and Postfox doesn't.
How is Postfox's AI different from Sociabble's?
Sociabble's AI suggests captions for curated content, and its LinkedIn coach can write posts from scratch or from a link. Postfox writes each person's post for a campaign from what they told it about their own work and the campaign's brief, and checks the draft against that material before they see it.
Does Postfox work with Microsoft Teams?
Not yet. Approvals work in Slack or by email. If you need Teams, tell us at hello@postfox.ai.
